I think its how MRED1 by *bigskystudio the tattoo, the body and the cloth fuse in a still motion that brings upon him a sensation of astonishment and admiration for such an harmonic flow... Very sensual and eye-catching.

I've always thought of body modification as replacing a part of oneself that was never physically there by birth; or alternately bringing a small portion of the inner self out and baring a piece of the soul. Even when done purely for fun or without much thought or care, there is something innately spiritual to such things whether the individual receiving the modification or the artist are conscious of that aspect or not.
